To hasten economic development, President Marcos implemented a number of economic programs. The Killings during Martial Law, in my opinion were done by NPA’s which is a Terrorists who supported People Power.

Ferdinand Marcos although was so strict but still human, only terrorists will do such killings, if Ferdinand Marcos is a killer, he should fire all the protesters outside Malacanang.
