Ron Paul’s Flight
The CBS News affiliate in Houston reported a plane with Congressman Ron Paul, Ted Poe, Nick Lampson, John Carter, Ciro Rodriguez, Solomon Ortiz and Henry Cuellar required an emergency landing in New Orleans on its way from Houston, TX to Washington, DC.
Before the rumors start to swirl, we want to get you the information firsthand that Congressman Paul and the other passengers are OK. We talked to Dr. Paul on the phone just a few minutes ago, and he said everything was fine. In fact, he was boarding another flight when we talked to him. From the sounds of it, the news report is overstating the seriousness of the situation. Dr. Paul said the flight was more of an annoyance than anything.

They want to kill …
They want to kill him, be sure of that, but they won’t, they can’t. 1. It would cause too much back lash, be too suspicious, and cause too much attention to his message that wasn’t already there. 2. The balance of the scales doesn’t serve their purpose to kill because he’s not really doing anything. He’s not running for president, he’s talking very passively, and really, the movement is the issue, not Paul. Therefore he is safe. If they try to threaten by hurting him, people will awake too fast.

It’s thinking like this, or lack thereof, that got us were we are today. The goal of both parties is to disenfranchise as many critical thinking voters as possible, and they have succeeded even beyond their wildest dreams. The 2 parties don’t have to follow any election laws during the primaries and essentially hand pick the two choices that the American people perceive to be the only choices. Until this process changes nothing else will change, regardless of what Obama says.

actually i plan to write ron paul in on the ballot since EVERY ballot station is supposed to have a piece of paper and a pen/pencil to write in a candidate on the spot.
