There is nothing about Tokyo on this itinerary. You’re going from Tulsa to Houston. From Houston to Guam. From Guam to Hawaii. Then back to Houston. Then back to Tulsa.

The 10:50 flight from Houston to Guam has one stop en route that is in Narita airport in Japan. You arrive in Japan at 2:20 pm and leave at 3:50 pm. It’s all one Continental Flight number even though you change planes. The only thing showing this on your itinerary is the note.
See: http://www.expedia.com/ - just enter Houston IAH as the starting point, Guam as the ending point and 10 July as the date, then select the 10:50 flight to see the details.
