If you choose the plane you have to choose only cockpit, with VC and/or VC+cockpit+cabine. If you choose the last you have every view.

Hello, Roger. Can you give me any pointers about flaps of what settings it should be on to give it sufficient good frame rate?
I can run FS9 on full settings with 60 frames max. But when I record with fraps, it’s down to just 17-25 frames.
Please help.
